: I know it's his job, and I accepted the ban the first time. I tried to come back to the list, waving a white flag, apologising for all the fuss i had caused (even though i wasn't the only one to blame, or the one who had started the entire incident).
: I used the same screenname, (through a different e-mail address, FiXXXer667@freemail.gr ) because i thought it would be dishonest to try to rejoin the list using a different handle, and believing that the constable would show some lenience. However, that wasn't the case, and after two IC posts of mine.. (not a single ooc post, just IC!) i get kicked again, and the constable reported to my alternative mail webmaster that i had performed a DoS attack through their service, which is a lie.
: I had used my former account ( vmour@tee.gr ), and had been warned about it. I had to go through some shit ( although they were pretty ok) from freemail too, this time without a reason.
: This enraged me to the point of sending the post i sent to both the list and whitewolf.
: My only aim after being kicked for the second time, was to make sure no one went through the same shit i did.
: Jacob may rant as much as he wants that i did it to save my ass and get back to the list, but i have stated otherwise enough times. If he judges by what he would do in a similar situation, he can keep his judgements to himself. I am not one to brown nose or suck up bad and unfair judgement towards my character.
You're just not getting it, are you?
YOU BROKE THE LAW. You commited an act of internet vigilantism. You, instead of ignoring her, or flaming her, or sending a PVT. complaint to the Constable, commited a federal crime.
How is it that a guy of your intellect can't seem to wrap your little brain around that?
You deserved to get booted, not just for breaking the law, but for being foolish enough to brag about it.
Two wrongs, despite what you may think, do not make a right. What you did was, in my opinion, worse than what IceRose was doing. She was just being a pain in the arse. You stooped to a criminal level.
Then, after you were booted, you just decided that it would be okay to jump back in, like nothing had ever happened. You didn't contact the Constable in PVT. You didn't even wait a decent amount of time. Aside from a somewhat lack luster apology, it seemed as though you intended to go about your business as though nothing had happened.
Allow me to educate you on the realities of living in the Real World....
Let us say someone is calling you names in a public place. This person is being incredibly ill mannered and is harassing everyone around her. You decide that, instead of calling the cops, you're going to punch her out.
Guess who's going to jail kid. That's right. You. Not the person who's calling you names, although she'll probably get in some sort of trouble. Not nearly the trouble you're in, that's for damn sure. You're going to get charged with assault, at least.
Now, let us assume that you have suffered the repercussions of your actions, let us say with a similar repercussion to the one you suffered on list. You were kicked off the list. In our society, you can get kicked out too. It's called prison. Now, let us say that you treated that repercussion the way you treated the one you actually had to deal with. Let us say you decided that you would just waltz back into the society you'd been kicked out of. That's called felony escape. You stay kicked out longer for that.
And before you start spouting off about due process, I would remind you that any trial you went through would be over very quickly considering you are the type to BRAG about his crimes in public.
You're damned lucky this was on list and that no one decided to report you to the authorities. You would have gotten into a great deal of trouble for what you did.
And here you are defending yourself and trashing the Constable.
How typical of the criminal mentality. "It wasn't my fault," the criminal says. "It's those damn cops."
Whatever.
I know your type. You think you can do whatever you want and not have to deal with the repercussions of your actions.
Surprise.
