Not to mention the stupidity of a) a hunter using a sword, b) licking the blood off (HIV anyone?), c) a hunter fighting a vampire without the Sight on, d) the bit where he'd be disemboweled while licking his sword, and e) the idea that a hunter could be ghouled.
Check it out. The Storyteller's Companion (not the Handbook) says it straight out. Vampire blood does not affect Hunters in any way, shape, or form. So far as I'm concerned, that's called breaking the rules. There aren't all that many, after all.
